As appetizing as it sounds, I will be indulging in a gelatinous mound of Tofurkey this Thanksgiving holiday. While I’m not a strict vegetarian anymore, my sister and I have been teetering back and forth between seafood and no-meat diets for so long that a Tofurkey has become a staple in the annual feast.

president-brie-log.jpgI admit it, I’m a cheese fanatic — in moderation, of course, but to me there’s nothing more luxurious than a good cheese plate with fresh fruit or preserves (try this Apple-Plum Chutney), toasted or spiced nuts, and wonderful whole-grain crackers. Just in time for party season: the all-natural-ingredients President Brie Log, cleverly shaped so it slices easily and sits cleanly on a cracker.
